Eekels | TBI coaches students designing installation on board ship

On 10 January 2017, Eekels and a number of fourth-year students of the Flexible Energy Technology minor at Hanze University visited the Ferus Smit shipyard in Westerbroek. In the context of the collaboration covenant with the Institute of Engineering at Hanze University, Eekels annually offers fourth-year students assistance in designing a ship’s installation. After visiting Eekels, the students were given a guided tour of the vessel Arklow Castle and the shipyard.
