Eekels | TBI participated in Engineering the Future

On Friday 24 november 2017, Eekels participated in the Engineering the Future event organised by Hanze University of Applied Sciences. This key event offered young Engineering professionals the opportunity to consider and plan their future. The full-day programme focused on developments in the field of Engineering and consisted of speakers, workshops, lunch, and a students and business and industry market.

Eekels was present at this market to get in touch with young professionals and give a workshop entitled “Technology is the basis and entrepreneurship is the starting point”. With appealing projects and an interactive format, this workshop offered insight into the practice by illustrating the process from customer request to commissioning the final product.

Both the business and industry market and the Eekels workshop drew much interest. A large number of students have registered for an Eekels company visit. We hope to welcome these students as colleagues in the near future.
