Eekels & TKF go for cooperation in eemshaven

In Eemshaven, hard work is currently underway on the new building for a production site of TKF.

TKF is a leading international producer and supplier of cables. The location in Eemshaven will produce cable intended for the rapidly growing offshore market related to wind farms (subsea cable).

At this new sizeable location in Eemshaven, production should start by the end of this year at the latest.

After an intensive joint tender period, for which all praise goes to ‍@ Peter Vernimmen for his efforts, TKF and Eekels Technology signed the final contract last week.

Eekels will carry out the Piping and E&I work for the interconnecting scope of the various machines to be installed which collectively form the entire production line.

To celebrate the happy event of the final contract signing, there was cake at the Eemshaven site.
