Electrical Engineering Work Planner Industry & Infrastructure

Eekels | TBI is looking for an Industrial & Infrastructure Work Planner for its Kolham, Emmen, or Joure locations. As a Work Planner, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and coordinating all activities necessary for the efficient operation of industrial installations.

What is expected of you?

• Ensure the preparation, organization and coordination of all activities necessary for the efficient execution of industrial installations (E&I, Electrical and Instrumentation);
• Drafting work instructions, ordering materials, maintaining contact with suppliers, initiating personnel planning, assisting in solving technical problems and, if necessary, advising on outsourcing work;
• Preparing work packages for internal production or implementation at the customer's premises;
• Act as a point of contact for internal production and implementation with regard to material deliveries and work packages;
• Responsible for administering, setting up, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on the financial progress and project results of ongoing projects within your team;
• Assisting the project manager in preparing calculations and quotations.

The Industry & Infrastructure business unit provides electrical solutions, among other things, in the Industry & Infrastructure market segment. The unit manages the entire process, from consulting, engineering (hardware & software), purchasing, panel building, implementation, testing & inspection, and maintenance. The unit possesses specific expertise in process automation, medium voltage, and predictive maintenance. Offering the most suitable solutions for the customer (in terms of both technology and price) is essential in this regard.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• A completed bachelor (hbo) education in Electrical Engineering or similar. Or bachelor (hbo) work and intellectual level, possibly supplemented with subject-specific courses;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position and in an industrial environment;
• You are good at planning and organizing and you know how to set the right priorities;
• Possession of good communication, commercial and organizational skills;
• Strong technical and analytical skills and aware that customer focus and collegiality are just as important;
• Healthy dose of humor, enthusiasm and proactive attitude;
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Projects, a package for reading and interpreting drawings;
• Good command of Dutch and English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
