Project Administrator

Eekels | TBI is looking for a Project Administrator for the Zaandam location. As a Project Administrator, you will work in the Project Control department and report to the Project Control Manager.

What is expected of you?

• Processing daily administrative data (sales records, time registration);
• Checking project bookings for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness;
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports and overviews;
• Assisting the Project Controller with financial administrative tasks;
• Working with the team when necessary, not shying away from rolling up your sleeves;
• Communicating with internal and external parties.

The Business Support unit consists of the ICT, HR, Business Improvement, Purchasing, Finance & Administration, and Controlling departments. They support the Eekels organization in various areas. The Project Control department, together with the Controlling & Administration department, is responsible for business and financial planning and control, in line with the financial policy of Eekels and TBI, such that Eekels is able to manage its organization effectively and efficiently and optimize its results.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
 

• MBO level, in the financial, administrative field;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Clear vision on managing project administration;
• A central figure and a hands-on mentality;
• Quickly mastering computer systems and knowledge of the ERP system;
• Knowledge of ActoProject is a plus;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
