Function

Eekels | TBI is seeking a project assistant for the Industry & Infrastructure business unit at the Kolham location. As a project assistant, you will be responsible for administering, setting up, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on the financial progress and project results of ongoing projects.

What is expected of you?

  • Correctly entering all project data, registering additional/reduced work and preparing invoices;
  • Supporting the project manager in delivering timely and complete project forecasts and reporting thereon;
  • Providing financial project post-calculations/evaluations;
  • Processing and recording project documentation and maintaining an overview of project schedules;
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with (KAM4ALL) standards and (customer) specific processes and procedures.


Environment

The Industry & Infrastructure unit provides electrical solutions, among other things, in the Industry & Infrastructure market segment. The business unit handles the entire process, from consulting, engineering (hardware & software), purchasing, panel building, implementation, testing & inspection, and maintenance. The business unit possesses specific expertise in process automation, medium voltage, and predictive maintenance.

Experience

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

  • HBO work level, a completed MBO (level 4) or HBO education in a technical or business administration field is an advantage;
  • Work experience in the field of project assistance or financial (project) administration;
  • Sense of administrative processes;
  • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good at prioritising and working independently;
  • A commercial and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
