Project Manager Marine & Offshore

Eekels | TBI is seeking a Marine & Offshore Project Manager for its Kolham location. As a Project Manager, you will develop project plans and ensure projects are completed within budget, quality requirements, and schedule.

What is expected of you?

• Lead project teams and, depending on the size, be responsible for one or more (international) projects;
• Leveraging a strong commercial focus and technical background to achieve project objectives.
• Drawing up working estimates and target budgets for the project team;
• Drafting, presenting and managing additional and reduced work;
• Making project forecasts and presenting them to management with sound justification;
• Monitoring budget, scope and project planning;
• Ensuring clear communication with our clients;
• Working according to procedures and guidelines for project-based work, taking initiatives that lead to optimization of the (primary) processes and optimal use and deployment of the (operational) system.

The Marine & Offshore business unit provides electrical services and systems for marine and offshore applications worldwide. Complete systems are custom-designed and manufactured for installation at Dutch shipyards. In addition, complete systems are shipped as ready-to-install kits to shipyards in Romania, Vietnam, India, China, and various other countries. The electrical services provided to the shipbuilding industry include: consulting, system engineering and design, delivery of customer-specific and/or standard systems, panel building, installation work, commissioning, and service and maintenance.

• MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level and knowledge of electrical engineering;
• Several years of relevant experience, preferably in shipbuilding;
• Being able to work well in a team and having (commercially oriented) communication skills;
• Goal-oriented team player with a helicopter view;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language.
