Team Leader Personnel & Organization

Eekels | TBI is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Team Leader for its Business Support unit in Kolham. You will lead the HR team in Kolham and be responsible for implementing the strategic HR policy, team development, and organization-wide collaboration.

What is expected of you?
 

• Managing the HR team (5 employees) in Kolham, with a focus on a clear division of tasks, encouraging cooperation and coaching and developing team members professionally;
• Responsible for initiating, managing and safeguarding HR projects in the areas of recruitment, throughput and outflow, which contribute to Eekels' strategic objectives;
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the development of future-oriented HR policy;
• Promote employee growth and development, foster a learning culture and facilitate internal mobility within the organization;
• Act as a link between HR and the rest of the organization by proactively collaborating with other locations, departments and management;
• Be flexible in your role, switch easily between strategic and operational levels, and provide support where necessary;
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations, including labor law, collective labor agreements, and social legislation, and ensure correct application within the organization;
• Ensure clear and effective communication from HR to the organization, creating support for policy and changes.

The Business Support unit comprises the ICT, HR, Business Improvement, Controlling, Finance & Administration, and Purchasing departments. They support the Eekels organization in various areas. The HR department focuses on improving the organization and its employees in line with the corporate strategy. The department provides policy and process support to the entire organization based on our HR policy, laws, regulations, and guidelines, enabling Eekels to manage its organization effectively and efficiently and optimize its results.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
 

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of personnel and organization;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a similar managerial position;
• Independent, accurate, proactive, results-oriented, honest, strong communication skills and a good team player;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the field of employment law;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
