Upcoming Project Manager Marine & Offshore

Eekels | TBI is seeking a Marine & Offshore Project Manager for its Kolham location. As a prospective project manager, you'll work independently as quickly as possible and report to the project leader. You'll support the management of one or more (sub)project teams consisting of: (chief) mechanics, work planners, and engineers.

What is expected of you?

• Supporting the project manager in coordinating and leading the implementation of one or more projects;
• Maintaining contacts with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
• Performing activities such as: design, work preparation, calculation and planning for small projects;
• Collecting information for the realization of the forecasts;
• Introduction to financial project management;
• Analyzing, editing and/or assessing technical data;
• Taking care of detailed planning, drawings and other technical specifications and keeping data up to date;
• Monitoring efficient deployment of personnel and equipment;
• Ensure correct execution of project administration;
• Contribute to the preparation of quotations and quotations for additional work and reduced work.

The Marine & Offshore business unit provides electrical services and systems for marine and offshore applications worldwide. Complete systems are custom-designed and manufactured for installation at Dutch shipyards. In addition, complete systems are shipped as ready-to-install kits to shipyards in Romania, Vietnam, India, China, and various other countries. The electrical services provided to the shipbuilding industry include: consulting, system engineering and design, delivery of customer-specific and/or standard systems, panel building, installation work, commissioning, and service and maintenance.

• MBO (level 4) or HBO work and thinking level with an electrical engineering background;
• Some relevant work experience within the industry is an advantage;
• Ambition to grow into a role as project leader and/or project manager;
• Systematic, assertive employee with analytical skills who is results-oriented;
• Commercial and customer-oriented attitude;
• Be able to work well with others and have strong communication skills;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language.
