Work Planner Industry & Infrastructure

Eekels | TBI is looking for an Industrial & Infrastructure Work Planner for the Kolham or Emmen location. As a work planner, you ensure that our industrial projects run smoothly from preparation to execution. You coordinate materials, work packages, and planning, keep a grip on progress, and support the project manager with technical and financial matters.

What is expected of you?

• Ensuring the preparation, organization, and coordination of all activities necessary for the efficient execution of industrial installations (E&I, Electrical, and Instrumentation);
• Drafting work instructions, ordering materials, maintaining contact with suppliers, initiating personnel planning, assisting in resolving technical problems and, if necessary, advising on the outsourcing of work;
• Drafting work packages for internal production or execution at the client's site;
• Act as the point of contact for internal production and execution regarding material deliveries and work packages;
• Ensuring the administration, setup, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of the financial progress and project results of ongoing projects within your team;
• Assisting the project manager with preparing calculations and quotations.

The Industry & Infrastructure business unit is active in the Industry & Infrastructure market segment, providing electrotechnical solutions among other things. The business unit handles the entire process, from advice, engineering (hardware & software), procurement, panel building, execution, testing & inspection, to maintenance. The business unit possesses specific expertise in process automation, medium voltage, and predictive maintenance. Offering the solutions best suited to the customer (in terms of both technology and price) is essential in this regard.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• A completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Or HBO working and thinking level, possibly supplemented with subject-specific courses;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position and in an industrial environment;
• You are good at planning and organizing and know how to set the right priorities;
• Good communication, commercial, and organizational skills; Technical and strong analytical ability, and aware that customer focus and collegiality are just as important;
• A healthy dose of humor, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude;
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Projects, a package for reading and interpreting drawings;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages. Proficiency in the German language is an advantage.
